A Community Meeting for the Great Near-Campus Neighbourhoods Strategy is scheduled for April 6, 2016 at 7:00 pm, at the St. Peter’s Cathedral Basilica Auditorium. The auditorium is located at 509 Richmond Street, in the building north of the cathedral. Parking is available from Clarence Street.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss possible changes to the strategy. For additional details please refer to the attached notice. One of the items up for discussion is whether or not secondary dwelling units (separated dwellings within a single family home or on the same lot) should be permitted without a rezoning application, in the Near Campus Area which includes Orchard Park Sherwood Forest.
