Here is an update from the developer:
We have ordered a sign directing traffic from the site from Wychwood to Annadale out to Wonderland, it’s hard to control the trades and suppliers arriving at the site vs. departing.
Next week fencing will be installed along with sediment control and tree protection. We are waiting on locates before we start moving earth, likely late next week.
We are going to start with the interior condo road/sewers 1st (September 18 – October 31). We will connect the water on Wychwood and Storm and Sanitary on Finsbury. One lane of traffic will be open at all times. Each are ½ day to a day job.
The big disruption will happen when we install the services to the 4 lots on Wychwood and 4 lots on Finsbury. This will take place end of October to the 1st 2 weeks of November. Two weeks prior to starting we are required to post signage and apply for a road closure permit through the City. The City will distribute the information to emergency services, LTC and I assume the different boards of education.
When we get closer to starting on Wychwood and Finsbury I will keep you updated daily if required.
