BBQ, Annual General Meeting (AGM) and new by-laws

Save the date for our annual BBQ and Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 1 at Orchard Park Public School, starting at 6:00 pm.

There has been a change to the provincial legislation governing non profit corporations like ours.  We have worked with a lawyer to draft new by-laws. 

The new by-laws are available for your information.  They need to be confirmed by a vote at the AGM.  The old by laws can be found at https://orchardparksherwoodforestratepayers.ca/bylaws/

We are also taking this opportunity to change our legal name from “Lower Medway Valley Ratepayers Group Inc” to “Orchard Park/Sherwood Forest Neighborhood Association”.
